The job of a coach in cricket is exceptionally huge. A coach will unfurl the key to use the abilities of the players to the most elevated level. The coach realizes how to regard the players as a group, separately and how to show the mysteries of achievement.

So I form Pakistan. And I grow up watching pakistan cricket. So I will tell you about probably the best coach Pakistan ever had. His name is Bob Woolmer.

Bob Woolmer was an English cricket coach, cricketer, and a commentator. He played in 19 Test matches and six Odis for the England cricket team and later coached South Africa, Warwickshire and Pakistan. But his real fame was realted to Pakistan cricket, when He started coaching PAKISTAN national side.
He started his coaching career in 1990s and his coaching career was off a great start. He first coached Warwickshire team in domestic Cricket out of 4 big trophys 3 belonged to Warwickshire team

After seeing great success of Bob. Cricket South Africa offered him coaching. Bob was the first coach in cricket history who used computer. He use to train the players with the help of computer. Due to his coaching efforts South Africa team became a very tough side to beat. In 1999 Bob and South Africa relationship came to end.
In 2001 ICC gave Woolmer a work to improve Cricket standards of counties like Kenya, Libia and Canada etc. He did this job exceptionally well and we saw a great performance from these teams in 2003 WorldCup

After that He started coaching PAKISTAN cricket team. At that time Pakistan Cricket was not a right track.But he accepted the offer and started coaching. He was made Coach from 2004 to 2007 WorldCup. Starting days were not good there were no good relations between players and him. But somehow he managed. And the worst had to come. In 2007 WorldCup Ireland which was a very less skilled team as compared to Pakistan defeated them, this was a big shock to Pakistan cricket. And the worst of all on 18 march 2007 he was found dead in his hotel room and nobody knows what happend. Yet there are many rumors and conspiracies but yet after 19 years nobody knows thr truth but the world circket had lost a great coach
