An inspirational person in life!

He can motivate others, be an example to others from his character. Simply he is a role model in society.

Well, in the game of cricket there are so many such kinds of personalities. Let me give some examples. Imran Khan, Arjuna Ranathunga, Ganguli, well known for their leadership qualities and backing up their fellows in challenging situations. Yuvaraj Singh, Wasim Akram, Martin Guptil, Lara fought strongly with diseases. Shoaib Akthar is a medical wonder and raised up through all the hardships. And of course, Kumar Sangakkara for his great personality, being well-educated, his sportsmanship.

But, I'll talk about someone else. He is the new-born star of Indian cricket. Thangarasu Natarajan

2020 is just like the dream year of his life. He could mark his name in the Cricket map aroun the globe. In the 2020 IPL, he played for Sunrisers Hyderabad and he could become the new yorker king of this edition of the IPL. He delivered the highest number of yokers, even surpassing Bumrah, Boult, Rabada etc and took 16 wickets.

Then the miracles were happened in his life. On 26 October 2020, he was called as one of four additional bowlers to travel with the India cricket team for their tour to Australia. Then he was added to the T20 squad replacing Varun Chakravarthy. But he could play his ODI debut against Australia on 2 December 2020 with the injury of Saini and grab two wickets.

Why he is so much special?

It was his life journey. He was born in Chinnappampatti, a village near Salem in Tamil Nadu. His father was a weaver for daily wage and mother was running a small fast food stall. There were five kids in the family. The life is not easy for him to be raised as a cricketer.

He has mentioned that they couldn't afford money for school. You can understand about the huge cost for playing cricket. For shoes, bus rides to play tournaments, and even he had to face a suspension for his action lately. But he had one thing. His dream and the commitment to achieve it. And his relative brother has helped him a lot in his journey.

“I was afraid to dream when I was young, but anna (elder brother) told me that only dreams will take you places. Dreams and hard work"
His brother's words

Initially he had played with tennis ball. Through out the day he has played for a small money. He had one special thing. It's his extraordinary yorker. He could turned that in to what he is today!

The life changed when he got selected for Rs 3 crore in 2017 IPL by Kings XI Punjab. Then after benching for few years he got the real chance this year.
