May be he would have been given the chance to play for his country but some ugly happen again. He had a severe motorcycle accident in 1993 which truly brought him down and made sure he didn't get to play for India

It was truly something unbearable for us to say for the fact that he was a professional player, he never got the change to play for his country. Though he is undoubtedly one if the best cricketer in the history of Ranji trophy.
