Thanks to the efforts of Cap'n @the.partisan.spy, the crew of HMS Boaty McCannonmonger has suffered a great morale loss with the death of their captain. The first mate is green and has very little experience in naval combat, and none in the event of a boarded ship.
(Enemy sailors get negative modifiers next round)
