The basic artisan bakery workshop will start on Monday 21st, Wednesday 23rd and Friday 25th of June 2021 at 10:00am Venezuela time, duration: 2 hours per class.

includes 3 classes where we will teach you to create 4 pieces of bread such as: French Bread, Peasant Bread, Sweet Bread and a surprise bread.

The first class will be focused on hygiene and food handling, the calculation of materials for the production of X amount of bread, sourdough, material.

The number of tickets for this workshop is 20 people, the price: 7 steem.

This workshop is dedicated to beginners only.

The workshop will be in Spanish and at the end we will answer 5 questions from the participants selected by lottery.

The workshop will be held in Zoom, the link will be sent to all students who are accepted by mail.

The recipes for the breads taught in class will be sent to the participant's email the day after the end of the workshop.
