Greetings to everyone on this great platform, I am much delighted and much appreciated to write and share my entry on the contest organized by @daytona475 about exploring the lessons being shared on the Steem Skillshare community.

I would be exploring the graphic design lesson's class. It is unfortunate that I am not part of this class because I couldn't find out earlier but I hope to join the next season of the class. Without much ado let's dive into business now.

The Graphic Design Class

---

The Graphic design class is of the courses or lessons taught in the Steem Skillshare community and it is moderated by @atim1234. This course has two teachers with about 7 students learning from them. The teachers have so far been able to cover many topics in season 1 and they are currently in season 2 lesson 6 which has been taught by @lhorgic. @lhorgic is also one of the tutors for this class including @atim1234 and I think they are both doing a great job because they never miss any of their lessons. They constantly post to help their student and also they produce simple and understanding content so that students easily understand what is being taught.

This class is very beneficial to all members of the community as well as the whole steemit platform at large, and this is because we all need graphic designers in order to produce quality and beautiful designs of our banners, flyers, etc for promoting steemit and also representing steemit everywhere. The Graphic design class also teaches students about the creation of banners, illustrations, web designs, etc as most of them are already taught by the tutors.

What I think about the Graphic Design Class

I think the graphic design class is one of the most important classes in the steem skillshare community and I encourage myself and other members to actively register and participate in this wonderful class so as to gain the benefit of the class. I think the Graphic design class is also very important for all other communities so they can help create their own cover pages, banners, flyers, etc for their promotion works. The Graphic Design class should be expanded by employing more teachers.

The following includes some of the benefits of the graphic design class:

• The graphic design class helps students to be graphic designers and can serve as a source or means of getting employed. They can be employed by organizations and firms that require graphic designers in their work to design and create arts for their organization.

• The graphic design class aids students to learn and create designs by blending images and other elements together to produce a very attractive and beautiful image.

• The graphic design class helps students to express their imagination and creativity to the highest level.

• The graphic design class also grants students the opportunity to meet new designers

• It also helps to improve the social skills of students.

• It also grants students the opportunity to continuously practice designing skills.

What can graphic design teachers do to improve in the course

Although can I see that the tutors are really doing a great job by assessing the students and also proving weekly reports from the class, I would suggest the following should also be taken into consideration to help in the course.

• Teachers should be punctual in posting their assignments and students should be notified if they cant post with a week.

• Teachers should also create simple and understanding lessons for students

• Moreover teachers should add video calls so they teach students face-to-face via online

• Teacher should always make sure that students submit their assignments on time

• Teachers should not be mild on the rules and regulations of the class but rather should be strict on them.

• Lessons should be taught once a week so that students can have much time to do and submit their assignments.

I can see that already the teachers have been able to cover a lot of topics but I would suggest the following as the topics they can cover in their next courses:

• Computer Animation

• Introduction to Multimedia

• Design or creation Phone Applications
