It is very easy to assume things that can give us happiness, some think when you have money and live a luxurious life style you can be happy, but happiness does not results in having a lots in life .

We are a happy family

The four main important things that brings happiness are :

When I practice daily gratitude and also give and show people kindness

Expressing gratitude has improve my mind, and writing down some positive things about my day makes me healthier, energize and also make me less stressed and got me a better sleep.
Being gratitude is my regular habit ,

I am sharing what I have with a friend
giving makes me happy and there is more happiness in giving than there is in receiving.so when I share or give people what I have , I found a great joy, and the things I sow on during my work in a day makes me healthier, being kind to others makes me happier than being kind to myself only , and doing a small act of kindness increase my life satisfaction . I believe that even a small nice gesture can make someone happy ,and these are few ways that I show kindness:

always say thank you to people when they do even a small help to me.
I give out clothes to those who are in need.
I help my elderly neighbor in doing yard work
Share foods with my friends and colleagues.

Spending time with my family and friends.

My family is one of the most happiest things that happen to me in my life journey. My family is where my life begins and love never ends, while friendship is the key to my longevity.
Low social interaction cause loneliness and is very bad to the health.
So even if I am busy I will still find out time to connect with people and friends that I care about, I always cease every opportunity to call my friends if possible visit them and also invite them to my house.and we catch fun.
Doing things that I enjoy is very good for my emotional well being, doing something that I am good at is a good way to enjoy myself.
Sharing my experience with my family and friends. Through further experience such as life ups and downs there prove to be supportive to me and help me more

My Business also give me happiness

There are three necessities in life that is food, shelters and clothing,it is the job that I do to earn a living provide me all this things.
So when ever I make a profit and have success in my business I am happy,
I do business to care for myself, provide for my family and also help my friends and people who are in need.

I love what I do and learn something new and I keep doing what I must to keep my job, most importantly I feel that my job is a meaningful one and it has given me happiness.
I look for everything every opportunity for the growth of my business instead of failure.i am staying enthusiastic about my business, developing a positive attitude skills keep me happy.

Me and my customer

talking to my customers gives me happiness as well, and likely I am happily succeed in my business and this lead me to more positive reinforcement and increases my sense of happiness.
