At least from time to time, you need to prepare a "Mămăliga" with cheese and sour cream, a caloric delicacy but with which to satiate the whole family from a fire. It doesn't even take 15 minutes to prepare it and, if you follow the tips below, you will get a perfect and fine "Mămăliga", creamy and without lumps!

INGREDIENTS:

-0.5 kg Malay
-1.5 L water
-salt
-a cube of butter
-100 g of Telemea cheese
-200 g sour cream

First of all, You need to: Boil water with a generous pinch of salt and a pinch of cornstarch.

Then When the water boils well, pour the corn in the rain, little by little, and with the dominant hand, stir continuously from the moment you start adding the corn.

When the "Mămăliga" starts to thicken, turn on low to medium and continue to stir constantly for another 8-9 minutes.

Add the butter and mix for another minute, or until the butter is completely melted and distributed.

Pour the "Mămăliga" on a plate and, from place to place, stick a slice of Telemea cheese in it.

Leave the "Mămăliga" covered for 5 minutes, then serve with sour cream.
