TIPS: Strengthening and growth of teamwork. Part 1. // Team Mango Bolivar. 🥭

The success of it lies in the confidence that we give when transmitting a message, making the receiver feel safe.

We must keep in mind that all opinions are important as well as suggestions, a good leader takes the time to listen to each and every one of his followers and he himself has the job, to unite all that brainstorming and turn them into a great plan to execute.

It is selfish and boring to always do the same, we must be open to change and to do things in a different way, we must innovate, we are sure that several heads think much better than one, we have the solutions, we just have to join ideas.

Define Objectives:

It will be our route or guide along the way. We must keep clear who we are, what we do, what are our goals. What do we do? What are our objectives, Mission and Vision? If these points are not clear, we will have a fragile and weak team, as a consequence of this, the objective or the main idea of the group will be distorted.

Before carrying out any activity or making an important decision, it is necessary to take into account the point of view of each member, but the main managers are not obliged to fully comply with them. It is necessary to remember this to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings in the future.

When we make a decision as "member of", it means that we are deciding for a group of people who "work for", as they say, "one is all" and it has a lot of meaning, one of our members can not decide about the team, without consulting with the others (this applies to use of content, opinions, answers, doubts, concerns, etc.).

Leverage the strengths of each team member:

We are all good at something and that is precisely what we have to take advantage of. Just as we all have skills we also have flaws, but what good does that do us, we'll explain!

As you can imagine in the Team, everyone knows the skills and imperfections of the other, to solve this, we encourage and seek that the imperfections are becoming the greatest strengths of each one, not only in teamwork, but in the personal aspect of each one.

We have leaders, dancers, talents with crafts and music, nature caretakers, protectionists, cooks, seamstresses, electricians, technicians, teachers, public workers, but beyond that, we have noble, faithful, loyal, constant, persevering and successful people.

Inspire the team:

It's not about just doing the work and already, in our case, we thank day after day all our volunteers for always being willing to lend a helping hand. Beyond that, we must be conscious and look for ways to encourage, motivate and inspire them to continue doing the excellent work they have done so far.

New proposals, new attentions, more activities, new ideas, every time we tell the team "a great activity is coming", we can notice the excitement with which they receive the motivation, and that inspires them to continue giving smiles, because for all of us that is the best reward we can receive.

We must also know how to recognize and give back in a good way all the time and effort that each one of the team invests in the work, and it is not necessary something material just to say "you are doing well", "keep it up", "thanks for always being there" is more than enough to keep everyone united.
