Dear friends.

Talking about movies is a topic that fascinates me, I am a fan of the 7th art (cinema) I love all genres of movies from the genres of suspense, psychological, historical terror. Even those movies that leave a beautiful message.

Today I wanted to include 3 films that I love not only because of the positive message they leave but because they reflect values, such as family value, the value of love and the value of life.

I must say that it was a difficult decision to choose these 3 since I have many on my list but I will only refer to these 3.

Nro 1 COCO.

A few days ago, the Day of the Dead was celebrated in our Latin American countries. This is a festival of a religious, cultural and folkloric character where tribute is paid to family and friends who have passed away.

Coco is an original Disney and Pixar production, where it shows in detail the Mexican culture and its celebration of the Day of the Dead.

Synopsis of the film:

Released in 2017, the film focuses on Miguel, a boy who dreams of being a famous musician performing on large platforms and with a large audience that cheers him on. But his family forbids him because his musician great-great-grandfather abandoned them and they want to force Miguel to be a Zapatero like everyone else in the family.

That day the day of the dead was celebrated and Miguel wanted to play the guitar and sing. His father takes the guitar from him but Miguel, disobeying his parents, tries to take the guitar from Ernesto de la Cruz, a deceased musician who was admired by Miguel.

When he tries to take the guitar, it teleports him to the land of the dead, but from here he can only get out if a deceased relative grants him his blessing. From that moment on, Miguel plunges into an adventure on earth, discovering the true story of his great-great-grandfather, who never left them, completely changing the perspective that the family had of him.

This beautiful film leaves us as a message that there is nothing more important than the family, who support each other and who also remember with love those who have already died, waiting one day to meet all of them.

Coco teaches us that we must be humble to forgive since resentment not only hurts us all but also those around us.

Coco teaches us that the only thing that can make us disappear completely is forgetfulness because not even death is capable of separating us from those who truly loved us.

Winner of 40 international awards including 3 Oscars. Released in 1997 this beautiful film is recreated in the terrible Second World War. This film focuses on Guido and his family Guido is an Italian of Hebrew origin who undertakes a trip to a province to work with his uncle who has offered him a job as a waiter at his hotel. There he meets Dora with whom he falls madly in love, they both marry and have a son named Josue.

On Josue's birthday, Guido and his uncle go to their grandmother's house but on the way they are arrested by Nazi soldiers who take them to a Jewish concentration camp, where the plot unfolds. Guido makes Josue believe that it is a trip for his birthday and that they will play several games there where they must accumulate 1000 points, the winner will win a real tank. This beautiful film shows us the unconditional love of a father for his son. Before the end of the movie, Josue, as an adult, gives us a clear message.

It shows us how far a father is capable of going to make the heart of his son never be damaged and that despite all the difficulties of life you have to see the beauty of life, life has many more paths than we choose. more difficult is different. Let's live life as if it were a game always with the best enthusiasm.

Why not talk about Latin American cinema? This beautiful Mexican movie also leaves us a strong message

Synopsis:

This is the story of an irresponsible man who fled from any commitment and did not have a clear meaning for life, until one day a knock at his door. Upon opening it was a blonde woman with a baby in her arms. He tells him that she is his daughter and that he must take care of her. He is stunned by what he has just heard and the woman leaves. From that moment his life changes radically.

As a result of that meeting with his daughter, this man began to gradually become a responsible father, going from being a lazy person to working in various areas to stuntmen in action movies to surprise his daughter and make her feel proud of her father.

The girl grows up, as she grew up she asked about her mother and her father answered that he was saving the world because her mother was a super hero. Father and daughter intertwine a beautiful relationship until suddenly the girl's mother reappears with the intention of taking her away.

This man goes through many situations, even going through a judicial process to continue having the custody of his daughter. The movie leaves a great message on how to be prepared to face life and how to face life without being prepared.
