My favourite word in English is CONGRARULATIONS..
Congratulations always make you happy and when you wish other it makes others happy and satisfy. It is a positive sign when a person get reward in response the other person congratulate him or her.
I always happy when a person congratulate me special when I work for betterment in response people's congratulate me it increases my confidence level and further my heart wants to do work..
