The reason for this flyer is to advertise the 2021 African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Conference Online.

Africa is a home of talents that are yet to be harnessed. Africa needs a great revolution that will brighten the African economy. Irrespective of the enormous opportunities brought by our diversity and population, Africa and Africans are still in struggle of discovering their potentials. This online conference is initiated to deal with leadership and entrepreneurship issues which have become foundational to the upliftment of the African economy. The conference aims to motivate participants towards building an entrepreneurial mindset; and the need for collectivity in building a thriving economy in Africa.

Conference Theme:
Fix The Mind To Fix Africa.
This conference is a 100% online event designed to gather over 20 African countries with English language being the major and will be translated into French and Portuguese languages. The conference will be a two-day event holding via Zoom and streamed on Youtube.

Conference Objectives
By the end of the conference, participants will be able to;

• state their life purpose;
• define their life goal(s);
• identify their strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats to fulfilling their purpose;
• create a life plan;
• differentiate between an empowered and un-empowered mind as regards to entrepreneurship and leadership;

• explain the importance of vision and focus in leadership, entrepreneurship and business sustainability to living a fulfilling life;
• develop a strong vision and mission statements for business sustainability;
• define strategic leadership;
• explain the components of strategic leadership;
• discuss the importance of strategic leadership in building the economy;
• develop strategic leadership map for their career/business;
• explain the importance of positive thinking in managing hard times;
• discuss the power of creative thinking in managing hard times;
• create simple strategies for managing hard times;
• identify opportunities that can better their lives;
• explain the importance of counseling, mentorship and coaching in the entrepreneurship journey;
• state the processes involved in mentorship; and
• mention the steps involved in finding the right mentor.
