WHAT DO YOU WANT TO LEARN??

Education is the most valuable thing one can get in his or her life and the key to change one's life for the better. Education can make the world a better place, where everyone can live happily and equally. Education is not just about knowledge, more than that we can acquire and improve through education just like skills, disciplines and values. I think the knowledge without these things is not complete and beneficial. Of these, I think skills are the most important one, especially the soft skills. Not just in our jobs, soft skills are very important to us when we live in a society.

I choose Interpersonal Skills for this contest because we benefit a lot from building interpersonal skills and I hope that by developing it we will become a useful and sociable group in the society. Interpersonal skills are fundamentally important when we are communicating and working with other people. This is important to maintain good relationships with others, even in normal life. Active listening, teamwork, positivity, responsibility, communication, leadership, flexibility, patience, relationship building, creativity, stress management, adaptability, transparency, sensitivity, confidence, socializing skills are some examples for the interpersonal skills. I admit that there are so many but I believe we still can help and aware others. In my case I think I have all these skills but I would like to sharpen it further. Some people say that no one can teach such skills, but we can motivate people to improve them. It seems that people lack these skills may be because of the lack of program to educate them about these things. I also like to improve my interpersonal skills but there is very little source to help it.

When consider about the Steemit, I think this is a perfect place to improve our interpersonal skills. Because this is an international platform, with people in almost every country. We can connect with different people here and maybe there are people who have experience and knowledge about this skills.

We can introduce these skills to people through posts. And can put contests to tell about people's experiences, the losses they incurred due to the lack of these skills and the advantages they gained due to the skills can be told through it. It will motivate people to rethink about the ups and downs of their lives, the mistakes they caused and it will be a valuable lesson for them in the future. We can introduce each of the skills with examples from the life stories of famous people and It may attract a lot of people to the program. I think online sessions also effective for this because by now a lot of people are used to it with Covid-19 pandemic. If it done by the online classes, Interested people can find out through a survey and all of them can add in to a group. Then we can discuss and sessions can be conduct in the way that is convenient for everyone.

As this is a world recognized platform, a certificate can be issued to those who have participated and fulfilled the required qualifications. Eventually we can get a feedback from the participants, which will help to keep this going and it will helps to give something better in the future programs.

I admit that it is difficult to organize a program like this without a charge. But newcomers to Steemit may have less SBD and may not have the opportunity to participate. So I think it would be nice if it could do with an affordable charge. In my case, I really ready to spend my SBD on such a productive program.
