Filipino Food # 5: How To Prepare "Pork Cheesy Dynamite" | w/ Tutorial Video | 20% to Steemskillshare
Hi Steemskillshare!
This is my 5th tutorial blog on Filipino dishes, but this is a bit different from the previous since this contains the video showing the step-by-step process in preparing the kind of dish we have for today.
What I got here is one of my favorite deep-fried appetizers, Dynamite. It's a finger pepper stuffed with ground pork and cheese and wrapped in a thin dried egg crepe that's known here as Lumpia wrapper.
The name of the dish literally means "Dynamite", due to its resemblance to a stick of Dynamite with a long fuse.
So, here's all that you need in preparing the dish.
INGREDIENTS
Lumpia wrapper
Finger Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Cheese
Ground Pork
Salt and Pepper
PROCESS
1. Ready all the ingredients needed. Mince the onion and garlic. Slice the cheese in Julienne. Remove the seeds of the Finger pepper.
2. Saute the ground pork, onion and garlic in oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Stuff the Finger pepper with the sauteed ground pork, top with cheese.
4. Wrap the stuffed pepper in the Lumpia wrapper.
5. Preheat the pan. Add enough amount of oil for deep-frying. Deep-fry the Dynamites until golden brown.
*It's best served with sweet and spicy sauce.

How do you find it? Easy, right? Well, that's all for now. I hope you have fun. Thanks for your time. See you in the next one!
