Hello to all the Steemit members around the world especially here in Steem SkillShare hopefully we are all doing well despite all the obstacles we are facing in our daily lives.
First, of all thank you to this community for creating such a Beautiful contest.

Since Christmas is fast approaching, here in our country the Philippines when the calendar turns in the month of October it is the time that many of us Filipino people are started decorating Christmas trees because it is a BER month and considered Christmas time. So far, this is one of the biggest Christmas trees here in our place that I encounter, this is located at the island shopping mall in Lapu Lapu City which is nearby in my working place. Mostly among shopping malls, they are having a Christmas tree in the entrance part of the mall as an additional attraction to the customers during holidays time.

Every Christmas season is a celebration for which all the people are celebrating during this time. This is the perfect time to forgive and forget all the hurt aches and loneliness in our hearts. When somebody asks forgiveness it's the best time for reconciliation towards others. The time for giving although sometimes we give others birthday gifts, and even other occasions as well. The spirit of Christmas is quite different feelings we have than other ordinary days every time we heard that word it feels joy at the same time excitement because it is the time we received gifts especially other payment from the respective company we have worked for. A Christmas bonus or the 13th-month pay which all the employees dream off during Christmas time.
Here in the Philippines, we practice celebrating Christmas by means of unity this is the time where all the members of the family are present except for those who are working abroad but still, we are trying to be united at this time. This is the time for the celebration of the birth date of our Lord Jesus Christ every December 25 in the calendar date. It is the best time for exchanging gifts.
And every 1st day of January we celebrated a New Year I think all the people around the world are a part of this occasion. A time to where all the bad things we have done during the last year is to restart brand new days in our lives. All the wrongdoings will be replaced into a new one. While waiting for the new year to come at the last date of December during midnight the tradition of Filipino people, practiced preparing a round figure of fruits 13 pieces to be exact. It is a belief to all the Filipino people to make the whole new year abundant in living and to have a full of blessings while approaching the new year. The best time to change our bad habits into a good one.
