Smartphone these days have become an important part of our day to day life,we use it for doing different things ranging from listening to music, watching videos, communicating and chatting online,some even use it as power bank to charge other phones.

But when it comes to buying a good smartphone that suit one's taste,it becomes really difficult.
This is because there is a wide variety of smartphone in the market which inturn make the decision making process of choose a smartphone more thougher than expected.

But not to worry,in this post I will be listing some factors and things to consider when buying or choosing a new phone to buy.

These things I will be listing now are important components of a phone that a buyer should look out for in a phone before buying because they are of great importance and their usefulness cannot be overemphasized.

THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING A NEW SMARTPHONE

•THE BUILD QUALITY

This is inarguably the first thing to consider when buying a new smartphone phone,it refers to the structure or body of the phone.
The build of a smartphone plays a vital role in the phone durability as it can help elongate the phone durability or truncate it.

All smartphone build quality is majorly in two forms which are plastic and metal ,only in rear cases do we come across phone with glass coated panel.

If you are a careless type that is prone to always dropping his/her phone practically all the time,then it is advisable not to buy a glass coated panel build quality phone as it will shatter before reaching ground level,so instead buy a plastic or metal build smartphone which is capable of withstanding and sustaining 2-3 feet fall.

•THE DISPLAY

Display is something you should also consider.
If you are someone who is so obsese with streaming and watching movies, playing video games, editing videos and pictures then you should consider a smartphone with a decent display.
You might want to consider buying a smartphone with a display ranging from 5.5 inch to 6,full-HD or QHD resolution,trust me,you will not regret it because it will change your gaming and video streaming experience forever 😉.

But on the other hand,if you are just a regular phone user that only use the smartphone to check emails,chat and browse the social media then you should consider buying a smartphone with 5 or 5.5 inch,HD or full-HD display.

•THE CAMERA

of course, camera should be on this list.
Consider buying a phone with good camera,but don't be carried away by the mega pixel alone,as it doesn't really determine the picture quality.It only make the picture bigger and more sharper.
Look for a phone with high pixel quality, this will make your picture more beautiful.
A phone with higher megapixel and a low pixel quality will not produce a picture as beautiful as a phone with low megapixel but high pixel quality..

•THE BATTERY

Trust me,you don't want a phone with a weak battery,you don't want to always charge that phone every single time.

When buying a new smartphone phone,do well to pay attention to the battery capacity too as it will help you enjoy the phone better.

A regular person who doesn't make use of his/her Smart heavily like our grandparent and some of our parents can use a smartphone battery capacity of 3000mAh or 3500mAh,but on the contrary,if you happen to be a person who is always on the phone,doing one or two things,then you should consider a smartphone with a battery capacity of 4000mAh to 5000mAh..you can as well go for a phone with 6000mAh better if you find one.

•THE PROCESSOR

Yes,pay attention to this one too.
The processor is responsible for the general running and performance of your smartphone. It is responsible and plays a vital role in anything you do on your smartphone ranging from opening apps, browsing on the internet, playing games, streaming videos and the likes.
A better processor will guarantee you smooth and fast experience when doing the aforementioned things.

You can consider a processor such as snapdragon 820/821, if you are obsessed with streaming videos, browsing the internet, editing videos and pictures and playing games.

•THE USER INTERFACE

This is also a factor to consider when buying a new smartphone.
Pick a phone with a user friendly interface that is easy and simple to understand and use.

•STORAGE
An important thing to also take into consideration before buying a new smartphone is the storage capacity. Try to look out for the storage capacity in the phone before buying it.

The storage in smartphone does not come with the exact mentioned capacity,this is because the pre-installed OS app has already taking a large part of the capacity.

For a user who doesn't make use of lot of apps and have less numbers of video, pictures and files,you can opt for 32GB storage capacity but if you make use of lot of apps and you have lot of files ND documents to save then a 64GB storage capacity is what you need.

•THE AUDIO/SPEAKER

You can as well consider this when buying a new phone if you are a kind of person that love listening to music alot and love watching videos with quality sounds,then you need a good speaker/audio.

You can buy a smartphone with a front-facing speaker as it tends to give clear sounds even when you hold the smartphone in a landscape mode.
But if you are just a regular user who doesn't really care about entertainment and the likes,a button-firing speaker will suit you.

•SECURITY & EXTRA FEATURE
Consider buying a smartphone with extra feature that makes it unique and stand out among other smartphone device.
Alot of new phones now are incorporating new features into the smartphone to make it more unique,so consider a smartphone with new and extra feature.

Security is also something you should look out for.How secure can the phone be??
Consider a phone that has strong security measure,tools and features that can help you keep your files safe and keep your phone safe.

THE COST

All of this things boils down to the cost of the mobile phone,do not cut more than you can chew.
Go for what you can afford..
There are lot of decent smart phone out there
that can suit your taste and they come at a very reasonable amount.
Consider cost when buying a new phone.
