Instructional Guide to add images to our Steemit publications
Hello friends of Steemit
Instructional Guide to add images to our Steemit publications
In Steemit it is essential to place good images for our publications, especially the main one because it is the starting point to attract attention in an appropriate and unique way. Additionally, having a repertoire of images in publications gives meaning to what we transmit, embellishing our publications.
For the cover image we have some applications that help us to give a special touch to our photographs such as
In any of these options, you can register if it is the first time you are going to use it, or start with your gmail account.
In them, we can insert our own photos, giving it a unique and creative style. It is ideal to have your own images loaded with your own style, with this we avoid the work of searching for images on the internet, in addition to the fact that with our own photographs we can make quality publications.
- Now, if you do not have your own images, you can choose to add images from the internet without copyright or Creative Commons, citing the source of the image.
Citing the source to an image

The images without copyright can be obtained on web pages such as
✦ Pixabay
✦ Pexels
✦ Unsplash
✦ Freeimages
✦ Freepik
Use free images of author, without watermarks, and place the source to the images.
Additionally, I recommend that if you use the Canva application, select only free images. Avoid choosing images that contain watermarks or that are subscription, as they would be infringing a fault.

Really insightful...
Thank you
I have an unusual problem. I will often display graphs taken from websites where the pages no longer exist. I can cite posts where I have used it when the pages were still active or can locate other writers who have used it:

How should one reference this?
@STEEM.SKILLSHARE
@steemcurator01
@milakz
In this sense, it is better to publish content that can be verified or existing to reinforce the theory you want to explain, so mentioning the source is of the utmost importance to add value to the content.
Greetings!
Nice post sis @daytona
Thank you
@daytona475 lo más importante es colocarle los enlaces como lo indicaste aunque sea una imagen libre de derechos de autor. Buen post muy bonito.
Si exactamente, es importante colocar la fuente siempre así sea libre. Que bien que te gustó.
Saludos!
