Am pleased to participate in this contest. It's a privilege for all of us to showcase our skills to the world. Thanks to the whole Steem Skillshare community! Today, in this content I will be expatiating my knowledge on Computer Web programming!

So let me go down the lane and tell you more on web programming.

WEB PROGRAMMING
What is Web Programming?
Web programming is a programming which involves writing codes for a website that will run on the internet using Some internet protocols such as TCP/IP. Web programming also involves web client and web servers which makes use of a protocol called http to make request and response from browsers and web servers. Web Programming is built on Client/Server model.

Web Programming is also known as Web Development. We have three types of Web Developers, They are:

• Frontend Developers
• Backend Developers
• Full stack Developers

Let me tell you the work of the above developers.

1. Frontend Developers: This type of programmers are responsible for creation of all the things a user sees on the screen including text, images, videos e.t.c. They use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript technologies to achieve this.
2. Backend Developers: This developers are responsible for creating the logics that makes the frontend functional. It's the backbone of frontend programming. They use programming languages like PHP, perl, python e.t.c. to achieve this.
3. Full stack Developers: This type of Developers combines both frontend technologies and Back-end technologies to create a website! They are into frontend and backend development.

So having known what Web Programming is, let's look at some terminologies used in Web Programming:

• Website
• Web servers
• Web pages
• Web browsers (client)
• URL (Uniform Resource Locator)
• HTTPS (HyperText Transfer Protocol)
• Database
• DNS (Domain Name System)
• TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)
