Steemskillshare - FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST// Entry by @alvinj
Hi Everyone.
It's a pleasure to share with you all this special African dish called Koki.
Its is prepared using Koki beans a locally grown crop here in West Africa, Cameroon.
After grinding and stirring in a bowl, locally made red palm oil is added to it, with small salt, fish and cocoa leaves. It is then tied in bundles inside Plantain leaves.
It can be eaten with Plantain, Cassava, Yams, or any hard food.
This picture was taken with a Camon 15 Air camera just before i could start eating.
I decided to share this African dish so as to portray the African culture.
Eating just one of this bundles can keep you going for a day or two. 😋
Thank you @life.pics and @steemskillshare for this opportunity.
