[카카얘기] 250702 _ 아버지 병원
아침 8:30분터 아버지는 금식이다.
6시간 금식에 검사시간까지 포함하면
약 7시간정도 금식을 하실 듯..
아버지는 활동량이 많으셔
기초대사량이 높으신듯하다.
식사를 못하시면 많이 힘들어 하신다.
오늘은 잘 참으셨다.
아침식사 후 첫식사가 검사 다 끝나고
돌아오니 5시정도 되었다.
아주 찐한 추어탕으로 먹었다.
나도 덩달아 금식을 해서 아주 맛있게 먹었다.
병원을 엄청 싫어하시는데
이번달만 2번을 더 가야한다.
부디 바라건데
건강하게 오래오래 사시길 바란다.
운동에 농사짓는 아버지 뵈면
그렇게 하실듯하다.
어머니 아버지와 함께한
오늘은 아주 즐겁고 행복한 시간이였다. ^^
