Spain goes from extremely strict laws to very loose ones so it becomes quite confusing and after so long people dont know what we can or not do. Now the situation is good here in Ibiza but they have just started to let people, tourists in so I guess we will soon have the next wave... I keep creative and just see my friends in outdoor situations.
