The month of Sawan has a special significance in Hinduism.

This month is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This year Sawan is started from 25th July. According to the Hindi calendar, the month of Sawan comes after the month of Ashadha. The month of Sawan is also called Shravan month.

On July 26, the first Sawan has fall on Monday.

According to religious beliefs, worshiping Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati in the month of Sawan fulfills all the wishes of the devotee.

It is believed that in the month of Sawan, Lord Shiva travels the earth with Mata Parvati and blesses her devotees.

It is believed that keeping fast on Monday falling in the month of Sawan brings special blessings to Bholenath. This year 4 Mondays of Sawan are fasting.

I am sharing thre pictures of Lord Shiva's temple which is located in Vateshwar dham. all of these pictures captured by me with camera.

this picture is taken by me at 02-08-2021 10:46 am when i went to vateshwar dham with my freind. Cause of covid 19 there is no crowd of devotee but before lockdown here most crowd here of devotee
