I wonder why she's spamming, I think her account also got hacked, because she's legit blogger, check her previous posts one of the winner of steem Crypto Challenge. @sapwood
That means the hacker who has taken over control of her account is spamming to prey upon more high frequent bloggers who have decent SP so that he can hack and swindle money.
