I am delegating more SP than this.

Here in BOI we believe in the fair distribution of rewards to every delegator. So, if someone delegates 5000 SP to bestofindia, on the last day of the month, we would not consider that to be an average delegation of 5000SP. This is because this 5000SP was not responsible for the curation rewards throughout the month.
The way effective SP of the user is calculated is we take the average of overall delegation made by a user throughout a particular month.
In your case, your effective delegation to BOI was 10SP for the first 7 days of September. So, the rewards for the first 7 days would be only for the 10 SP and not the 220 SP that you delegated during the last few days of the month.
We have automated the process of calculation of effective delegation average during the month. You can check your average delegation by heading over to https://www.steemcryptic.me/delegationaverage and entering bestofindia in the account name and the date period to calculate the average SP.
