I bought some green amaranth from the field of Haridevpur
It is a beautiful village's crop's field.This area is predominantly a muslim area.But there are many hindu families.They live many years with peace and friendship.The main occupation of the villagers is cultivating many vegetables in the field.They sell all of those vegetables in local market's sellers.
I was listened by one of my friends that the farmer of the field sell their vegetables to whoom visit their filed and it is a very reasonable price.So I went there to buy some vegetables.I went there not only for low price but also freshness of the products.The behaved with me very friendly and they are really simple.I am really satisfied to deal with them.
I bought some amaranth from the farmers.They were there -husband wife and their only son.They work in their field together to grow better crops.It is very nice to see the bonding of a farmer family.

I did not get what is amaranth. Could you please tell me what exactly do with this.
This is a green leafy vegetable. Very healthy fibre food. Tastes good when cooked with potato, pumpkin. Similar to drumstick/sajna but bigger in size.
I saw this vegetable in the market so many times but I don't know how to cook it and how does taste. What is your experience about it?
We locally call it morisa/datha. Glad to know the English term from you.
Love the greenery. Where is haridevpur actually?
What is amarnath , I only know one amarnath that is a place to worship lord shiva .
There is no comparison of organic food with what we get from the market.
