Hello good evening people!! how are you all?? today I'm here with a beautifuly recipe, BANANA RECIPE SMOOTHIE!! a very tasty. It just requires 10 mins with very simple ingredients, all these you may already have in your kitchen. so in this bananas blend very easily with milk and gives a wonderful taste. Honey adds a lot of sweetness, nuts are the main ingredient for protein content and finally, vanilla extract gives us a beautiful flavor!!

INGREDIENTS:
Bananas - 3 (cut into small pieces)
dry fruits - 10 to 15 pieces
dates - 4 to 5
honey - 15 ml
milk - 2 cups
ice - 3 to 4 cubes (if required)

STEP 1: Cut the three bananas into small pieces.

STEP 2: Take few dry grapes, and dates.

STEP 3: Put them into a blender and add some honey.

STEP4: Add freshly boiled milk to it!.

STEP 5: Blend everything well with few cubes of ice, and finally garnish with a piece of ice and few dry grapes.
