My Health Condition

I am a guy that likes to go for walks every day as much as possible but it's not because I love walking. Yeah, I do like walking but not daily, but the reason I do it daily is because of a health issue of mine. No no, it's nothing serious but still, it is kinda annoying.
The issue I am facing is related to my Thyroid Gland which is kind of related to my body weight as well. You see I weigh just over 100 Kgs which is a lot considering I walk almost a minimum of 2 Kilometer per day. The reason behind that is pretty simple and disappointing as well. When I eat food instead of converting it to energy like normal it converts it to fat and it accumulates on my body before it is once again burned to make energy for my day-to-day use.
I hardly Lose Weight, while I Gain it Easily !!!
This is a pretty close statement in my case as getting my weight down is hella tough but even tough is to maintain that low weight level. If I eat one thing out of line my weight just creeps back up to a point where I have to walk daily so that I can burn as much Fat I can in a day.
So yeah guys this is the situation of my health now and even though I like to take long walks I hate it when it becomes something of a Chore to do daily. I truly wish there comes a day when I can just walk if I want to and not because I have to. Yes, I also know that I can take Meds for that but I have yet another reason not to take that route, which I will talk about Tomorrow.
