Betterlife :) The Diary Game : Activities of the day 16 th August 2021.

• Hello friends,

• Greeting from me,

• I hope you are all well, today was Monday 1st day of week. All must have gone to work. Maybe Saturday and Sunday work came together. Maybe everyone is tired. Mine is a little different. Let's start about today's activity.

• Last day was my night shift. So i got at hospital on 08:00 pm. when i got so no any patient arrived but then one by one more patient arrived. Till the morning total 12 patient arrived.

• In the meantime there was an emotional moment in front of me. I don't know what to say. But this was a daily routine for me so I controlled myself and faced the situation. I was also depressed at the time. I recount the sad moment of one of my patients and his father.

• Only 21 years old female patient miss. Arneet Kaur arrived in emergency department in our Bhailal Amin General Hospital from an ambulance. Which is referred by Shreeji hospital. The main complaint of patient of high grade fever, headache ,nausea and vomiting. So we checked patient investigate blood report and high resolution CT scan. So when we seen blood report then we found her platelet was only 11000 instead of 1,50,000 - 4,50,000.

(Platelets help your blood to clot.If the platelets in your blood are less than the prescribed count, you need to be careful.If you are bitten somewhere, the bleeding will not stop and there is a chance of internal bleeding.)

when we finally diagnosed so Amrit Kaur was Dengue positive and she is in Dengue septic shock with Multiple Organ Dis-Function Syndrome. Because her liver and brain affected for disease but fortunately her kidney was working. Then we informed to her father about disease. When doctor said," We will do our best but in the end everything is in God's hands.You pray to your God because it is difficult to escape.8 out of 100 patients have all these symptoms And 3 of these are the ones that are hard to escape.And all the features that cannot be avoided are in our Arneet Kaur.

• At that time, her father was crying a lot and saying, "Take as much money as you can, but just make my girl better."He is very young. She hasn't seen the world well yet. Do this, you take me to God and save him too. Repeatedly, her father joins hands with us and tells us to save her. We gave him psychologically support and shifted Arnit to the intensive care unit at 05:00 am.

• Then at 9:00 in the morning the morning staff came. We all got together and prayed to God for all the sick Because the doctor has medicine but God has mercy.

I came home at 09:00 o'clock in the morning and had breakfast. I was very hungry so I had a hard breakfast. And ate BIRYANI for breakfast.

• Then I went to bed at 10:00 am and woke up at 07:00 pm and freshened up by brushing and bathing. I was tired of doing 3 nights continuously. So I went for a walk. All city was decorated due to independence day. there i spend two hours. I was got at Akota Bridge. Whole bridge is decorated and looking amazing, i feel like i'm in Heaven.
  

• From there I came home. I bought South Indian food Dhosa & Utpam from the market. Sometimes the fun of eating outside's is also different and it is also very fun to eat South Indian.

• Tomorrow is my early morning duty so I spending the time on social media right now. I'm going to fall asleep in a little while.

• Today has been a great day for me. I am very thankful to God that by His grace I have had a great day. Bye Bye.
