Yes! :) You did write a long story here! That was good information you wrote. In Italy, they are putting GPS trackers on people who keep breaking the law and congregating or leaving the area.
I hope that this ends soon. I know people are impatient to get on with their lives, but, I don't want to rush it. I want this to end without any loose ends.

Thanks. I guess you run out of jail space if we start to put people queuing a bit to close to other people but it's scary to go to supermarket yesterday when I see family making the trips as a family outing. I think there are more parents with kids in the supermarket then before when more of the kids running about. Now, latest rule is all has to wear mask in public transport and going to markets, malls, or supermarket. It would be simpler to just tell people no going out without mask.
That is what they did here. Depending on what state you live in, you must wear a mask when you leave the house.
People still haven't figured out what the correct proper social distancing is.
