Worst Summer in what way? I know it has been hot in the Netherlands and I was surprised he was saying only about 20% of places have air conditioning there.
Its been cold and grey with just a few rly nice hot day. It’s like we skipped summer this year! We also don’t rly have air con so when it’s rly hot it is pretty bad lol
Imagine the other year we got to 100 with no aircon and houses built to maintain heat
