Alocasia, Upright Elephant Ear, Giant Taro, Wild Taro 'Black Stem' - So many names of this plant. The Colocasia Fontanesii (Black Stem) also similar to the Gaint taro black stem family where it has a bit change on it's design structure on leaf.

Colocasia Fontanesii has a difference on colors as well as the top part of these plant's leaf is having darker shades than the regular gaint taro plant.

Taro alocasia macrorrhizos is also have quite similar types to the mentioned video. Gaint taro found native to rainforests of Island Southeast Asia.
