OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS IN THE MINISTRY WORK APART FROM PREACHING AND TEACHING 3

"And say to Archippus, "Take heed to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfil it."
Colossians 4:17 (NKJV)

III. When you no longer have time for the flock of God:
"Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; NOR AS BEING LORDS [masters] OVER THOSE ENTRUSTED TO YOU, but being examples to the flock" (1 Peter 5:2,3).
YOUR commitments and concerns for the flock of God is no longer sound: "besides the other things, what comes upon me daily: MY DEEP CONCERN FOR ALL THE CHURCHES" (2 Corinthians 11:28).
WHEN you started to abuse or mistreat the flock of God entrusted to you (1 Peter 5:3).
YOU are no longer feeding them with the Word as Christ has commanded: "Feed My sheep" (John 21:15-17).

IV. Mismanagement of the money
• May be you are mismanaging the money given to you by God.
THE money that God stairs the HEARTS of the people to bring to your church or Ministry should be spent as He wants.

• Know that any money brought to your Ministry is not your personal money, it is God's money.
• If you are the founder, do SEPARATE your personal money FROM that of the Church Or Ministry.
• Discipline yourself to place yourself on salary Or stipend.
• Discipline yourself and control your appetite for material things and live according to your size.
  KNOW your size and the phase you are per time AND do not live above it until you are lifted Or your level is changed by God.

• Solutions to whatever Crisis

1. Examine yourself – think on what you are doing if you are still on the right track.
   ASK yourself and inquire from the Holy Spirit to know where you have missed it.
   What you have done wrong that has brought the crisis.
   IF that is revealed to you, then do ask for forgiveness and right your wrongs (1 John 1:9).
   ASK God to put you back on the right track.

2. Check also whether you have rebelled against the instructions given to you by God, in your heart, possibly you have been rigid and wanted to have your way while God has been calling your attention to change or move to another level of ministry or do a particular thing.
   HE might have been calling your attention to embark on a project; Or organize a particular programme which He had earlier laid in your heart; Or move to a new place and launch to another phase of your ministry, that is, having an arm added to the ones you are operating presently; but you have not heeded the call.
   FAST and pray, ASK for forgiveness, and take a step immediately before it is too late (1 John 1:9).

3. Learn from the Crisis, God does want you to learn a lesson from everything that happens to you in the ministry.
   FAILURE to learn from the crisis will keep you long in the problem and will halt your journey—slow down your speed in the ministry work.

4. Deal with the pride in your life, for pride leads to destruction.
   CHOOSE to humble yourself before God, If He does humble you by Himself, it may not be palatable ( Deuteronomy 8:3).

5. Prompt obedience to every of God’s instruction.
   HAVE faith in God and His Word.
   KNOW that whatever He says, He is able to bring it to pass (Numbers 23:19; 1 Thessalonians 5:24).
   WHENEVER He asks you to take a step, that is, do a particular thing, do it without hesitation and do not look at the circumstances that surrounded it. GOD is faithful, if you can trust Him and obey, He will daze you beyond your imaginations: “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us” (Ephesians 3:20).

6. Consistent prayer of intercessions for God’s intervention
   AND add fasting to your PRAYER for champions use the weapon of fasting.

7. Learn to commit all things to God in Prayer
   LEARN not to answer people who may want to pick up a QUARREL with you, but pray: "And a servant of the Lord must not QUARREL but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient" (2 Timothy 2:24).
   DO not defend yourself by exchanging words with whoever wants to fight Or QUARREL.
   DO not argue or strife.
   AND do not run after people because of the need in your Life Or Ministry. GOD WHO called you will meet whatever the need might be, if you stayed focus in the assignment given to you.
   DO not rubbish the grace of God on your Life.
