Reaction review: The Weeknd - Dawn FM album -pretends to be ''Thriller'' by Quincy Jones?

Inspiration of 70's, 80's disco, synth-pop, or a copycat of Michael Jackson's Thriller? Nice try of Max Martin? Let's find out. Yet, the quality of the sound, record and arrangement is very high, as it was performed by a whole bunch of Swedish music producers. To be honest, I like the ''After Hours'' more, as it sounds more alive and inspired, compared to Dawn FM, which sounds more like an attempt to keep up with the past success and record of Quincy Jones. Needles to say the the hint is obvious in ''Tale by Quincy''
