One of the main areas of research that my partner is doing is looking at the consequences of Vitamin D defficiency. It is fascinating research and there are some very real implications thta are not just about keeping viruses away but also about certain conditions such as various levels of Autism and Schitotypy and other linked conditions that have generational impacts.

The best source of Vitamin D is the Sun, and ten moinuites in the sun every day, fukll body exposure will boost seratonin which will help the absorbtion of Vitamin D as well as createing a more oxygenated blood which in turn helps mood, helath and wellbeing.
Vitamin D supplements have limited absorbtion rates.

We did read the other day that if you place mushrooms in the sun, they absorb phenomenal amounts of Vitamin D which in turn can be absorbed through consumption.

Not enough awareness of Vitamin D and its benefits for complete wellbeing is ot there, Yet there is a plethora of research on all levels.

Amazing stuff... I didn't get into the books about it, but I had some real-life examples... Had a friend that didn't get out of the house for months... And then decided to go to work in Italy at Olives plantation... He literally, has almost died there because of the body shock to the "fresh air" and a radical way of living until that moment...

On the other side, all those months spent in the house he was sick from something, without strength, etc...
