Recently, I am noticing that my anger issue is increasing, in fact, due to this lockdown, my emotions, my anger problem is increasing. I am a very short temper girl and this is my childhood problem but nowadays my emotions anger is getting out of control and I become angry for silly matters which I don't want to. Even, this is a struggling point of my life and I completely understand that. But frustration is there and I won't deny that...
