Cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, are sometimes considered "safe-haven" assets that investors purchase to protect from economic uncertainty. As the Coronavirus spreads, many experts are predicting slowed economic activity, supply shocks, and a possible recession. Will cryptos rise in price as investors flock to safety, or will the price of cryptos plummet as investors sell their assets and flee to cash?
