Trooper Otis just doesn't seem to get his job is unethical

Pulled over while stressed from a forest fire on the doorstep of my property. I didn't handle it as well as I should have but this trooper had pulled me over once in the past and it didn't go so well for him. This time just over a year later he did the same thing. He wrote me a draft citation refering this incident to the prosecutor to see if it will be prosecuted. Last time the prosecutor declined to bring up charges against me. We'll see how it goes this time. This video was corrupted while I was filming it. Hopefully my records request will result in full audio at least from the 2nd troopers dashcam. Trooper Otis isn't assigned a dashcam oddly enough. Please upvote, reblog and subscribe
