Floating islands are better than ever in Minecraft 1.18
Here's how to get floating islands in Minecraft 1.18:
- Create a new world with default settings
- Edit / Export world generation settings
- Open the generated JSON file and put "minecraft:floating_islands" inside "dimensions.minecraft:overworld.generator.settings"
- Create new world / More world options... / Import settings
- Select the JSON file that you've modified
