Ingredients for Macaroni Chaat:
Cooking oil (As Needed)
1 & ½ Cup Macaroni (Boiled)
1 Cup Potatoes (Boiled & diced)
¾ Cup Bell Peppers (Diced)
1 Medium Sized Onion (Chopped)
2 Small sized Tomatoes (Chopped)
½ Cup Coriander Leaves (Fresh)
Salt (As needed for the taste)
2 Tbsp Prepared Chaat Masala
2-3 Green chilies (Chopped)
Green Coriander (optional)

Directions for Macaroni Salad:

  1. Add Macaroni & boil it
  2. Add this boiled macaroni in a bowl, then add boiled potatoes, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, prepared chaat masala, green chilies, Imli Chutney, lemon juice, & mix well
  3. Add some fresh coriander leaves as a garnishing
  4. Macaroni Chaat with Homemade Masala recipe is ready to serve
