Chapli Kabab Recipe - How to Make Chapli Kabab. Utterly delicious kababs that are soft and moist. They taste awesome with a side of salad or tomatoes and onions and some lemon squeezed on top. Learn how to make delicious and yummy Beef chapli kabab at home. Chapli kabab are my favorite recipe. Chapli kebab is a Pakistani food recipe originated from Peshawar. Kebab is Pakistani street food/Peshawari food. kabab, which can be make from beef but the method is pretty much same. This is also known as kachay keemay ke kabab.
-Cooking oil 6 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 3
-Beef qeema (Mince) ½ kg with 30% fat (charbi)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Dhania (Coriander Powder) 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chili powder) 1/2 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1/2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste
-Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
-Turmeric Powder 1/4 Tsp
-Baisan (Gram flour) 5 Tbs Roasted
-In a frying pan add cooking oil and fry omelet from both sides. Set
-In a bowl add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, coriander, red chili crushed, cumin powder, salt, garam masala powder, carom seeds, black pepper powder and mix until well combined.
-Add egg and mix well.
-Add maize flour and mix well.
-At this point you can store in refrigerator for 1 day.
-Before frying add tomato, cooked egg omelet and mix until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-In a frying pan add Oil and cover on low flame. Take a mixture, grease hands with oil and make kababs (150 gms) of equal sizes (makes 8).
-Heat melted fat and fry chapli kababs on medium low flame until done.
