How To Make Whole Wheat Biscuit. Whole wheat biscuits or cookies is quite simple to prepare and is loaded with fiber, iron (from jaggery) and nutrients (from whole wheat flour).You can relish these biscuits without any guilt any time of the day. They are so good to eat and yet it is so easy to make. This biscuit has no sugar, no maida, no butter , so these biscuits can be given even to babies. These healthy cookies are a great accompaniment with hot tea or coffee. I have shared both oven and tips on how to bake on stove top also. Do try it and leave your feedback.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour: 1 cup (if the dough is very lose you can add 1-2 tbsp of extra wheat flour)
Organic sugar: t Tbs
ghee: 1/4 cup
Gram Flour 1/4 Cup
Almonds

Method:

  • In a mixer blender add Bananas , cold milk, and sugar. Blend everything well.
  • Pour it in a glass. Top it with fresh chopped Bananas pieces.
  • Served chilled.
