Sam Poo Kong - Semarang
Another day in the city of Semarang, this time we decided to look around a bit. There is nothing interesting here, but we found the oldest Chinese temple, Sam Poo Kong.
Kolejny dzień w mieście Semarang, tym razem postanowiliśmy rozejrzeć się trochę po okolicy. Niby nic ciekawego tu nie ma, ale namierzyliśmy najstarszą chińską świątynię Sam Poo Kong.
The temple also has another name, namely Gedung Batu. It was founded by a Chinese traveler, a Muslim explorer named Zheng He.
Świątynia nosi również inną nazwę, a mianowicie Gedung Batu. Założona została przez chińskiego podróżnika, muzułmańskiego odkrywcę, niejakiego Zheng He.
Currently, it is a tourist place, but at the same time a place of worship for many religions, including Muslimism and Buddhism.
Obecnie to miejsce turystyczne, ale jednocześnie miejsce kultu religijnego wielu religii, w tym muzułmanizmu czy buddyzmu.
From this place we brought the seeds of an old tree, which sprouted and has been growing in our house for several years now.
Z tego też miejsca przywieźliśmy nasiona pewnego starego drzewa, które zakiełkowało i rośnie u nas w domu od kilku już ładnych lat.
