A good cup of tea can easily jump start your day. I have been drinking tea for my whole life and so I decided to see how I can improve my routine. Recently I came across the book 'How to Make Tea: The Science Behind the Leaf' by Brian Keating and Kim Long. In this video I will share the basic tips for your daily tea brewing that I have learned from the book.
