Hello beautiful world!
Wishing you a great day ahead..
Happy Holi to all my friends..
The festival of Holi is being celebrated with pomp here today. Traditions are not much different, as we used to celebrate earlier, it is being celebrated even today, but a little change has happened in the thinking of the people especially taking youth generation. Earlier people used to celebrate this festival collectively but today elders people are preferring to stay away from this festival while the youth is consuming more alcohol. Certainly such festivals are celebrated with a focus on mutual brotherhood, unity and society, but the new generation is going a little out of the box. In the late night Holika Dahan was completed in which wood was burnt as a symbol. In the morning, the activity started. On the street corner, small children are pouring colors on each other by filling the pichkari. As the day progresses, elder one people are also joining the celebration. The sound of dhol majire is heard in the whole village along with the song of Fagua. The Fagua song begins in front of the house of some respected people. The people of the house provide sweets and home-made dishes to eat. Certainly this is a tradition that has been going on since ancient times, which has to be carried out by all the youth keeping in mind the social purpose. There is some social message and purpose behind all the festivals, following which we have to keep our tradition alive. Let us together take this tradition forward and create a good environment.
Thanks for being here..
Have a nice day..
Regards...
