Happy Sunday to all..
Today morning while I was at my playground one thing I found very potential that if we spent few time own self for own physical maintenance then we can make this life more beautifull. A big part of our income goes to the doctor. We have all the comforts and facilities but due to physical illness we cannot enjoy them. Not only do I get better sleep from the day I started my morning session, but my digestive system is also working much better. Not only do I get better sleep from the day I started my morning session, but my digestive system is also working much better. Before it some times I have to take beer for proper sleep but it is not like so, get proper sleep without pills and potions.
