No rest for the wicked, still getting used to the monster 30kg roaster although with twelve batches under my belt now I'm starting to get the gas pressures spot on, have mostly sealed up the chaff collector but still get a bit of chaff out the back of the exhaust fan - the ducting is too long, but I'm not keen on spending any more money on an intermediate fan - well not at the moment anyway.
