Raspberry Diesel find for NYE - Outdoor Grown Buds
I had forgot about these outdoor grown Raspberry Diesel buds from buddy, just found this leftover bag in the back of my drawer. Just in time for New Year's Eve celebrations.
Raspberry Diesel
Buddy grew these Raspberry Diesel buds outdoors. Plant it and forget it until fall kind of grow, hence the seeds from the male plant that snuck in. I had already picked through these buds, it's down to the shake, I was sure to pick out the leaves, stems, and seeds before grinding.
Effects
Raspberry Diesel is a slightly sativa dominant hybrid strain (65% sativa/35% indica) created through crossing the infamous Sour Diesel X Sweet Cherry Afghani strains.
Flavor
Bubblegum cherry raspberry with a light dank diesel citrus pine spice flavor, light raspberry Diesel aftertaste.
Buzz
Balanced energy, good day buzz. Head cushioned and medium hazy. Calm and happy buzz. Mind super relaxed with these buds, eye lids heavy, but I don't feel lazy.
The buzz reminds me of Lemon Skunk as far as getting hit with the head haze relaxation first, then the energetic sativa side creeps in. Enjoying the buzz.

He said the whole patch was Raspberry Diesel, so most likely it remained pure. I'll grow these out and see what i get, maybe cross pollinate with another strain..
Can pollen be saved in the freezer ? a pollen bank lol.
Oh nice! So theoretically yes, pollen can be saved in freezer. First refrigerate for a day, and then put in freezer.
Ahh cool, that'll be nice to have a variety of pollen on stock. Cannabis pollen can travel far too, so i can only imagine that when people are growing their own in the burbs how someone with a male plant could spoil the neighborhood's buds lol - never quite sure what you're gonna get, this patch was very secluded.
The male was a cannabis plant and well @jonyoudyer haha.
Random seeds can be some great buds at times and than to see them grow and guess what it is.
Not to bad for a random find. Seeds that always good at time to get your own garden going.
For sure i'll be growing these. I have other seeds from other outdoor grows that i'll be trying soon too, it's hard to be certain of the purity, but if grown right it'll be hard to go wrong :)
