The Rumbling Water Falls

Hello Family,

Can you hear the sound of music as the waterfalls rush down the rugged rocks of sipi falls? I love sipi falls, it is one of the faces of the natural beauty in Uganda. It sings songs of praise and worship to the lord most high as it obeys the laws of nature. I have never seen a water fall that knows that naturally it is supposed to flow in a particular direction and it refused to do so. This tells us that every thing God created has its eyes and ears. We may not see it with our natural eyes but they know naturally what they were called to do in this life.

Sipi Falls was actually a series of three tall waterfalls all plunging along the lower slopes of Mt Elgon.
Mt Elgon is said to be the 4th highest peak in Africa and shared between Eastern Uganda and Western Kenya.imagesource

Lots of activities take place on sipi falls because of Mt. Elgon, for example,

1. Hiking
   You are provided walking sticks to provide support on this hike. It takes you about 3 hours to hike all the three Sipi falls. why come all the way and just hike one? For a full-blown experience, allocate three hours on your itinerary to see them all.

The paths to the falls are approximately 7 to 8 kilometers with each hike a different adventure and new discoveries. You will be guided by a professional tour guide that knows the ins and outs of the place as well as the best spots with the best panoramic view of the valley!

Other activities include bird watching which is usually done by the tourists. I love adventure because it sets my spirit free. More so, in such an environment like Sipi falls where everything else is silenced at the voice of the rumbling water.
It is just too beautiful to look at.
