Diary game 6 August 2024 : FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH STARLINK

Today was indeed a great day, starting with its own experiences. Earlier today, my boss had some work to carry out and asked if anyone was interested in accompanying him. I was eager to have the experience of a Starlink installation, which proved to be a great experience.

We gathered the necessary equipment and headed to our destination, which was Bambili. During the drive, many thoughts raced through my mind about how Starlink works. I was eager to see it in action, but a small voice inside told me to stay calm, as we were about to do what I had been curious about.

AT OUR DESTINATION

When we finally reached our destination, I was surprised by the type of building we were going to install the Starlink on. This got me a bit scared, as I had never encountered the task of being on the roof of a house to install anything. "Fear gripped me for a moment," as I thought about the "what ifs" of the situation.

As we made our way to the top of the roof, more thoughts started to pop up in my mind, and I found myself creeping up the roof, which made everyone laugh. However, the installation was a great success, and I realized that my fear was just a limitation in my mind.

At the end of the day, I learned a valuable lesson: a lot of people out there have the potential to carry out tasks, but the fear and the concern of what others might say is what is actually limiting them from experiencing growth. It's high time we stand strong on our feet and take the bull by the horns as we step out to make great things happen. We must say no to fear and to limitation.
