dear my steemit friends welcome to my steemit blog today again . today i am going to write on An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away and it is the challenge theme of Steem Cameroon - Steemit Engagement Challenge - Season 8 (Week 4) so i am thank full to all steem cameroon community team that they give me opportunity to write on this topic so hope you all will like my this content in this regard. i did my effort according to my experience of life to share with you my life experience .

"An Apple A Day Keeps The Doctor Away."What do you understand by this statement?

there are many phrase that are related to our health so this week challange phrase is that "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" is a popular sentence its mean is that eating an apple every day can prevent us from illness .

Apple is a rich source of fibers, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and these all things are very much important for our good health . apple is low in calories, no fat, and no sodium and we can it that apple is a healthy diet. every one know that fiber in apples helps to regulate digestion and the antioxidants help to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. so apple is one of the best fruits that keep us healthy and fit . so i blieve it that if we eat daily an apple a day that will keeps us the doctor away.

What are some practices/habits you do to make sure you're healthy? (State and give the importance in your own words)

i love my life and i want to live healty life so i believe that following these healthy habits keep me fit and healthy life good i believe that these habits will reduce the risk of chronic diseases and all others harm diseases
i bleive that Regular Exercise is very much important for maintaining good physical and mental health.Regular Exercise strengthen my muscles, bones, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and i get freshness and also help to improve mental health.


our balance diet adding of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein in daily diet are important for maintaining good health.i am heart patient and i beleive that balance diest is very much important all above mentioned diest is good to reduces the risk of chronic diseases,.

we do not give importance of Drinking water but daily 3 litter amount of water helps to keep the body hydrated, regulate body temperature. drinking water is best so i daily drink water.

daily sleeping at least eight hours is essential for maintaining good physical and mental health. so i daily sleep in time and get up in time .

it is also one of the famous sentence that walking is the best exercise for long life so i daily walk at least 2km so that keep me fits and that also is very much important for living longer life.

How did you discover these activities? Did you discover the activities/habits by yourself or someone told recommended them to you?

when i was not ill , i did not care all above activities but when i went for heart surgery , i felt importance of eating balance diet, i felt importance of walk , i felt importance of healthy food so i discovered these activities in this way , my doctors said to me that these all activities are importance for my life and for healthy life, so one day my doctor said to me that if i do not give importance of walk daily then there are 100% chances that my heart disease will come back with more worse so i explored all these activities with my experience , i learnt from doctors, i also watched videos of many people .

What are the health benefits of the habit(s)?

  • daily walking keep us healthy ,fit and our bone all party body stay acitve.
  • drinking daily water , help our body to get blood pressure normal. our body cell grow properly and skin stay fresh ,healthy
  • balance diets and healthy diets provide all healthy benefits to our body and keep us away from doctors
  • sleeping daily in time and get up early in the morning , keep our mind and mental grow properly.
  • stay clean and neat, and taking daily bath also make our mind good
  • smile , pleasures in life also keep us healthy phyicaly and mentally

Do you think everyone could engage in these habits? Explain

i think everyone could engage in these habits if we want to live healthy life. there is no expensive then our health, we all know this famous sentence that health is wealth. we want to earn wealth , if we want to enjoy happy life, if we want to travel then healthy habits and activities are very much important for our healthy life. so i will recomened to all that please adop healthy life style, to make the life more beautiful and my mentioned above habits that are my part of my daily life , you all should adopt them for health life style.

What health tips would you give steemians?

i will say that following tips are very much important for healthy life for steemians

  • 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night daily
  • daily exercise routine , walking, runing, playing any game , movment of body
  • healthy diet according to need with balance , and avoiding the over diet
  • daily drink at least 2 litter water
  • stay away from over stress and burden of heavy work load
  • daily take bath
  • daily healthy breakfast without fat
  • eating salad green leaf
  • less use of computer is also important
  • do not eat while watching computer or tv
    all these tips will keep my steemians healthy and fit
